I recently went on a weekend stay and was really impressed with the hotel. The location was perfect, with everything you would need all a stone's throw away. There were plenty of restaurants to choose from and a supermarket nearby. The hotel was clean, and the staff were excellent too - very helpful and friendly! I enjoyed the special decoration of the rooms and found the beds really comfortable.

The rooms were quite small and would be a bit of a squeeze for two people with luggage. the stairs were a bit narrow and there was no lift until the second floor, which could be inconvenient for some.

You will get a warm and helpfully service from the polite personnel. the rooms are clean and tidy, and there's always hot water in a comfortable bathroom. the hotel provides everyday cleaning, changing towels, and toiletries whenever you need them. the hotel also offers a simple, yet tasty breakfast with fresh fruits and a variety of Turkish dishes.

The only setback is that the rooms are not spacious, but still functional if you don’t have high expectations.

The location of Felicity Hotel is excellent, just a minute's walk from the Tramway T1 station and other transportation options. There are also many restaurants and markets in the surrounding area. The staff is friendly and accommodating. The rooms are warm and clean, and the hot water is readily available. The balcony in our room offered stunning views of the Bosphorous. I had a great experience at Felicity Hotel and would happily recommend it to others.

The complementary snacks and drinks were great! Plus, the location was right in the heart of the city, so everything was walking distance. the view from the room was really nice too!

The room itself was very basic and not cleaned properly before we arrived. the sheets and towels had stains on them and the bathroom was full of mold and had a bad odor.
